Somerset Printmakers ‘meet the artist’ this Sunday 16 June 11 -2 pm.
Lovely exhibition in a purpose-built space in the revamped Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury Somerset .
I will be doing a little oil monotype demo at some point along with other Printmakers in the group showing their various processes.
Come and say hello, and have a look at the wonderful original work for sale.
Glastonbury is always good for a day out.

Such a wonderful few days up at Ulverston in Cumbr

Such a wonderful few days up at Ulverston in Cumbria at the fantastic Printfest 2024 celebrating 21 years of Printfest.
I had a fabulous time and met so many amazing printmakers from all over the UK whose work I had loved for ages, sharing process and inspirations, beautiful creative conversations, it was such a joy.
Thank you so much to the extraordinary Printfest team that makes this happen every year.
Congratulations to all the prize winners and thanks to the generous sponsors and enthusiastic visitors.
This is Pink Horizon screen monotype, one of several large works off to their new homes. Really chuffed to say that I was awarded the TP Frameworks award and came a runner-up in the visitors choice! The beautiful certificates were created by Alan Stones.
Now off back to to Spike Print Studio in Bristol to teach this eve! .
